Annunciation Intimate

Work: Wall design based on Fra Angelico's masterpiece "Annunciation" painted around 1440.

Original Artist: Fra Angelico (1395 - 1455) was a painter of the Italian early Renaissance. Already during his lifetime or shortly thereafter, he was also called Il Beato ("the blessed"), which refers to his way of representing Christian iconography. Pope John Paul II blessed Fra Angelico in 1982. He is the patron saint of Christian artists.
